Case Study: How We Built a Marketplace Services Website for Sellnex Solution

Sellnex Solution is an e-commerce marketplace growth company based in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, serving sellers and brands across India. It helps businesses launch, manage, optimise, and scale their presence on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The company had no website before this project, so Webmosaic Ventures built its entire web presence from scratch, from the content structure to the final launch.

Starting from zero is an advantage, but it also means every decision matters. Sellnex supports eight service areas across ten or more platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, AJIO, JioMart, Etsy, Shopsy, Walmart, and WooCommerce. A first website that simply lists all of this leaves a seller confused. Sellers usually compare two or three providers in a few minutes, and if the offer is not clear, they leave without an enquiry. Sellnex needed a website that behaves like a sales conversation, not a brochure.

We began by mapping the questions a seller actually asks before contacting a provider: what exactly do you do, do you handle my marketplace, how does the work happen, and how do I get started. The site structure was built around those questions instead of around the company's internal service list. This planning step decides most of a service website's success, and it is the part that template-based builds usually skip.

Our team handled the project end to end: content structure, UI design, Next.js development, responsive layout, and launch. The website is organised into clear pages for About, Services, Results, Testimonials, Blog, and Contact. The Services section goes further, with separate pages for each major marketplace, so a seller looking for Amazon or Meesho support lands on content that speaks directly to their platform.

On the homepage, the eight core services are presented in a simple, numbered structure, from account setup and management to catalog, marketplace SEO, PPC and advertising, account health and operations, brand registry and A+ content, website and Meta Ads, and design and branding. Each is described in one or two plain sentences, so a visitor can scan the offer in seconds and click into the detail they care about.

Trust and clarity elements were placed in a natural order: a 'Why Sellnex' section that explains the approach, a five-step working process (understand, set up, optimise, manage, scale), client feedback, and an FAQ that answers common questions about supported marketplaces, new sellers, multi-marketplace management, and advertising. These sections answer doubts before the visitor decides to call or message.

The enquiry path was kept deliberately short. A clear 'Get Started' button sits in the navigation, call-to-action sections repeat across the page, and a floating WhatsApp button lets sellers start a conversation instantly, which matches how many Indian business owners prefer to communicate. Privacy policy and terms pages were also included so the business looks complete and credible to serious clients.

Mobile experience was treated as the primary target, since many sellers browse and enquire from their phones. The site is built on Next.js and React, with proper page titles, descriptions, and social sharing metadata set up for each page. For the client, this means fast pages, a structured codebase, and an easy way to add new marketplaces, services, or blog content later without rebuilding the site.

The result is a professional website that positions Sellnex as a serious marketplace growth partner. Sellers can see the marketplaces covered, understand the services, follow the process, and reach the team through a clear enquiry path. The team can also share the website in conversations, proposals, and outreach instead of explaining every service from scratch.

This project reflects how we work at Webmosaic Ventures. We start with the customer's questions, the business's offer, and the action the visitor should take, and then design and development follow that structure. If your business has multiple services and you need a website built the right way from day one, share your business details with us and we will suggest the right structure, stack, and scope.
