However, payments already made for completed or ongoing work will not be refunded. Any additional work will be billed as a new scope or change request.
Project timelines depend on timely content, feedback, and approvals from your side. Delays caused by missing inputs, approvals, or access details are not eligible for refunds. We may reschedule the project timeline to the next available slot.
If you have concerns about the quality of work delivered, please raise them as early as possible. We will make reasonable revisions as per the agreed scope. If a genuine issue remains unresolved, partial refunds or credits may be considered at our sole discretion, based on the portion of work completed.

While we follow best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, sales, or outcomes. Fees paid for these services are therefore non‑refundable once the agreed work has been executed.
